Small-scale On-Site Hydrogen Generator(HyGeia)

Simple Description

The HyGeia Series hydrogen generator is targeted at semiconductor, optical fiber, quartz glass, fats and oils production as well as metal heat treatment industries with an hourly consumption of between 50 and 200 Nm3. Installed on-site it can supply high-purity hydrogen (upwards of 99.999 vol%) using City Gas and LPG as a feedstock.

In recent years, many commercial hydrogen refueling stations are being built for the popularity of fuel cell vehicles.

  • 2. Eliminates frequent acceptance of hydrogen trailers and makes operation easier.
  • 3. The original small-scale modification method and hydrogen PSA and PSA exhaust gas fuel recovery system can achieve complete energy saving and reduce hydrogen production costs.
  • 4. The amount of hydrogen generated can be adjusted according to the amount of hydrogen used (with load fluctuation function).
  • 5. Does not apply to the High Pressure Gas Safety Act.
  • 6. It has a remote monitoring function that can perform remote monitoring.
